MSS <strong>Fly</strong> 50 <strong>4T</strong> Engine<br />
Cooling fan<br />
- Remove the cooling fan by undoing the 3 screws<br />
fixing it to the rotor<br />
- When refitting the fan, pay attention that the<br />
screw holes in the fan and the rotor coincide, then<br />
tighten screws at the specified torque.<br />
Removing the stator<br />
- Remove the 2 Pick-Up screws and the 2 stator<br />
fixing screws indicated in the figure.<br />
- Remove the stator and its wiring.<br />
Refitting the stator<br />
- Refit the stator and flywheel carrying out the re-<br />
moval procedure in reverse, tightening the retain-<br />
ers to the specified torque.<br />
N.B.<br />
THE PICK-UP CABLE MUST BE POSITIONED ADHERING<br />
TO THE FUSION TONGUE ON THE CRANKSHAFT IN SUCH<br />
A WAY AS TO AVOID BEING CRUSHED BY THE FAN COV-<br />
ER ASSEMBLY.<br />
Locking torques (N*m)<br />
Pick-up screws 3 ÷ 4 Stator screws 3 ÷ 4<br />
