Updated Ordering Process for Fluorescent Lamps and Light Bulbs<br />
Fluorescent lamps and light bulbs are no longer available<br />
through Boise Cascade Office Products (BCOP) due<br />
to changes in products offered through eBuy. Accordingly,<br />
all fluorescent lamps and light bulbs should now to be obtained<br />
through either W. W. Grainger or MSC Industrial<br />
Supply, Inc.<br />
To locate lamps and light bulbs in these supplier eBuy<br />
catalogs:<br />
Click on the Catalog tab on the eBuy Home Page.<br />

Regulated Waste Management<br />
The Environmental and Maintenance Repair and<br />
Operations (MRO) Category Management Center (CMC)<br />
awarded a national contract (contract number 2CES-<br />
ER-05-B-3003) to Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., for<br />
purchasing hazardous and regulated waste management<br />
(HRWM) services. This contract includes services for<br />
waste treatment, recycling, and disposal (containerized<br />
and bulk waste, vacuum, pit/separator, etc); parts washer,<br />
brake washer, and paint gun cleaning (leased or Postal<br />
Service−owned); analysis and testing; incidental supplies;<br />
used oil and filters (with incentives for payment to the<br />
Postal Service); incidental spill and cleanup response (not<br />
national-threat related); optional universal waste management<br />
(lamps, bulbs, and batteries); and manifesting and reporting<br />
requirements.<br />
Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., is the exclusive source to<br />
provide these services for Postal Service facilities in the 48<br />
contiguous states and transportation is freight on board<br />
destination. This supplier will provide HRWM services at<br />
the contract price regardless of the payment option selected.<br />

expedite future service and allow time to assess your facility’s<br />
requirements. Detailed ordering instructions will be<br />
issued in a future Material Logistics Bulletin (MLB.)<br />
Several payment options are listed below for use until<br />
the catalog is available on eBuy.<br />
Option 1. If you currently are under contract with Safety-<br />
Kleen, the agreement has not expired, and there are funds<br />
remaining, you may continue to use the contract for payment<br />
of these services. Process invoices as you normally<br />
would.<br />
Option 2. You may use the IMPAC credit card as an<br />
interim measure for obtaining HRWM services. You are required<br />
to obtain management approval from Headquarters<br />
Environmental Management Policy (EMP), as stated in<br />
section 332.13 of Handbook AS-709, Credit Card Policies<br />
and Procedures for Local Buying. Even though EMP has<br />
granted management approval for these services, use of<br />
the IMPAC credit card must also comply with all applicable
