About the Author Adedeji Ebo is a Senior Fellow and Coordinator of the Africa Working Group at DCAF. He was previously Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Political Science and Defence Studies at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, and Guest Lecturer at the National War College, Abuja, Nigeria. He has been consultant to Small Arms Survey, Geneva, and International Alert, London. His research interests include Peace and Security in Africa, Small Arms in West Africa, and Security Sector Governance on which he has several publications.
