QUALIFIER
Acquiring General File Information
Indicates the qualifier or pattern of the qualifier of the files this function selects.
Unless the calling program set SEARCH_SET = CATALOG_DIRECTORY, the value
the calling program supplies for this item may contain the question mark ( ? ) and the
asterisk ( * ) wild-card characters as described in 2.6. A null value indicates that this
function selects files without regard to qualifier.

FILENAME
Indicates the name or pattern of the name of the files this function selects. This
value is compared only against the intrinsic (external) file name; it is never compared
to an internal name that the run of the calling program might have attached. Unless
the calling program set SEARCH_SET = CATALOG_DIRECTORY, the value the
calling program supplies for this item may contain the question mark ( ? ) and the
asterisk ( * ) wild-card characters as described in 2.6. A null value indicates that this
function selects files without regard to file name.

Indicates the removable pack from which the files are selected. A null value
indicates that this function selects files without regard to the removable pack on
which they reside.

MIN_F_CYCLE_TYPE
Indicates whether MIN_F_CYCLE contains an absolute F-cycle value, a relative
F-cycle value, or no F-cycle value.
Data Type: value-list
UNSPECIFIED = 0
Indicates that this function selects files without regard to a minimum F-cycle.
ABS = 1
Indicates that this function limits the files it selects to those with an absolute
F-cycle greater than or equal to MIN_F_CYCLE. Files with no absolute F-cycle
are not selected.
REL = 2
Indicates that this function limits the files it selects to those with a relative
F-cycle greater than or equal to MIN_F_CYCLE. Files with no relative F-cycle are
not selected.
