Founders, Farquhar, and Vettel Halls<br />

These residence hall facilities will house approximately 50 upper-division undergraduate residents<br />

each during the academic year. The oldest <strong>of</strong> NSU’s residence halls, each building has recently<br />

undergone major renovations that included new doors, tile, paint, kitchens, and appliances. Each<br />

apartment is furnished and features single, double, and triple options; a kitchen with a full refrigerator<br />

and stove; a private bathroom; and a living room.<br />

Cultural Living Center<br />

The Cultural Living Center (CLC) was built in 1984 and houses approximately 139 graduate students<br />

during the academic year. Its unique balcony structure makes it a popular choice for returning<br />

graduate students. Each apartment is furnished and features one or two bedrooms, a kitchen with a<br />

full refrigerator and stove, a private bathroom, and a living room.<br />

Rolling Hills Graduate Residence Hall<br />

The Rolling Hills Graduate Residence Hall, opened in August 2008, is approximately one mile<br />

west <strong>of</strong> the NSU main campus and houses approximately 373 graduate and doctoral students. The<br />

Rolling Hills Graduate Hall complex is made up <strong>of</strong> a seven-story building and a three-story building.<br />

The buildings feature single studios and quad apartments that are furnished and feature a kitchen,<br />

bathroom, and living room.<br />

The Rolling Hills Graduate Hall complex is made up <strong>of</strong> 10 separate communities, 3 <strong>of</strong> which are<br />

based upon themes.<br />

• Two HPD Communities (one in the seven-story and one in the three-story building)<br />

• Law Community (seven-story building)<br />

Off-Campus Housing<br />

For those students who are interested in obtaining housing <strong>of</strong>f-campus, the Office <strong>of</strong> Residential Life<br />

and Housing can assist you. This service will make your <strong>of</strong>f-campus housing search a fun and pleasant<br />

experience. Our <strong>of</strong>f-campus housing coordinator can assist you with finding a place to live near any<br />

Campus dining is a large part <strong>of</strong> the college experience. Our goal is to make this experience the best it can<br />

Starbucks, Papa John’s, Subway, Einstein Bagel Bros., and Chicken Grill).<br />
