40 Business Manager Mark NIPPER Hard Working, Empathetic and Approachable PROFESSIONAL PROFILE NATIONALITY/RESIDENCY Mark Nipper is a dedicated, hard working business manager, who part owns and runs a successful family business, Sharman Property Services. Established in Queensland in 1990 and currently employing over 400 trained and experienced cleaning staff, this medium sized company provides cleaning services to property owners and facility managers throughout Queensland. Originally employed by the company as an Operations Manager, Mark was directly responsible for all operational activities, and in 2003 he was promoted to the Manager of Business Services due to his management contributing to a 300% increase in turnover. In 2006, Mark won the Neil Gordon Jackson Young Managers Award, recognising his contribution to the field of management in the contract cleaning industry. Six Sigma Black Belt Yatin PRASAD Analytical, Focused and Committed PROFESSIONAL PROFILE NATIONALITY/RESIDENCY Yatin Prasad is a management professional with 10 years program management and Six Sigma mentoring experience gained from working locally and internationally, for medium to large sized firms. With a Black Belt in the Six Sigma process, Yatin is a strong and passionate manager, applying his experience and knowledge to project and business problems, and in return achieving many successful outcomes including training to potential Six Sigma Green Belt staff, ensuring the continuous strengthening of the continuous improvement process within Caterpillar, the world’s largest maker of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines. In his current role, Yatin leads Six Sigma projects that focus on ensuring processes are in place to achieve measurable and quantifiable financial returns for Caterpillar. The process involves measuring, analysing, improving and controlling manufacturing and business processes. He is also part of the program management consortium working on the Autonomous Truck Program. Yatin contributes to setting product strategy and direction, and leads programs in line with Caterpillar’s New Product Introduction (NPI) initiative. Yatin’s strong technology background has served him well during his career, offering solid analytical skills for risk identification, management and mitigation – all critical aspects of his various product development roles.
