Emily Yen is a committed, performance driven sales and marketing

professional with five years experience in global markets.

Armed with her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,

Emily has built relationships with high-end customers, in addition to

coaching and motivating team members, by exercising both result and

relationship oriented leadership.

In her recent role as Sales and Marketing Manager with Dyna Craft

Limited, Emily managed and developed a worldwide dealer network

across various countries to maximise growth and to ensure that

company policy and strategy were fully conveyed and implemented

by dealers.

Emily was also responsible for the development and execution of

marketing strategies, including developing and maintaining the

company website, producing campaigns and brochures, and

conducting market research and analysis.

Her proudest moment? Successfully selling the first new model yacht

to senior management in a well-known multi-national group and moving

to Australia and obtaining a management position within three months.

“The best way to overcome your fear is to confront it!” said Emily.

Dedicated to continuous learning for self development and growth,

Emily completed a Bachelor of Arts at Tamkang University, prior to

completing her MBA at The University of Queensland.

Putting her MBA into practice, Emily would like to move towards a

director position in a multi-national company within the next five years.
