A sales management professional with a passion for customer service,

Chris West has strong interpersonal and communication skills and

experience across a range of industries and markets including waste

management, manufacturing (cementitious products) and construction.

Chris has broad experience managing both small and large sales teams

including distributor networks and application contractors, and the

ability to optimise results through reorganising and restructuring teams.

He also has a track record of success in implementing cultural change

management strategies to meet business objectives and changing

business needs.

Chris’s experience with Asian and U.S. markets has enhanced his skills

in developing product entry strategies for new markets.

Chris believes that his career to date demonstrates his ability to manage

and motivate teams, and sees his key characteristics of commitment,
