Home Rd CAC. This facility will provide for Epping North<br />
<strong>and</strong> Epping <strong>and</strong> will be fully occupied from its inception. A<br />
2 nd PAG will be needed in Wollert. The preferred facility<br />
model is a dedicated space in a community activity centre.<br />
Men’s shed 0.1 0.4 0.6 0.7 1.3 1.4 1.5 A men’s shed is required in Epping North-Wollert. This<br />
should be provided at one of the community activity centres.<br />
<strong>Community</strong> arts (facility) 0.1 0.4 0.6 0.7 1.3 1.4 1.5 The preferred facility model for community arts is the<br />
provision of a dedicated space at the district level supported<br />
by flexible spaces at community activity centres that can be<br />
used for arts activities.<br />
Events space<br />
Recreation<br />
A dedicated space is needed in Epping North-Wollert. This<br />
should be provided at one of the community activity centres.<br />

the reserves in Wollert should be nominated <strong>and</strong> suitably<br />
developed as the location for events.<br />
Tennis (court) 1.5 6.25 8.25 10 19 21 22.75 The quantitative assessment indicates that 20 courts will be<br />
needed across the Epping North-Wollert Area<br />
4 courts have been developed in EN Precinct 2. 6 courts are<br />
to be constructed in the Epping North Regional Recreation<br />
Reserve. These facilities will cater for the tennis needs of<br />
the Epping North community.<br />
There are 2 courts in Tuttle Reserve Wollert. The Outer Ring<br />
Rd reservation passes through this reserve. The tennis<br />
courts would eventually have to be removed when the Ring<br />
Rd is constructed. Provision should be made for a 6-10 court<br />
facility at the higher st<strong>and</strong>ard recreation reserve in Wollert.<br />

Epping North-Wollert Area.<br />
There are 2 greens at Epping RSL (a Council owned venue).<br />
