Summary of Item:<br />
The administration is recommending Board approval of a<br />
resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing parameters<br />
for the sale of not to exceed $1,500,000 of General Obligation<br />
Promissory Notes, Series 2013-2014B, for the public purpose of<br />
financing building remodeling and improvement projects.<br />
The actual sale will take place after the Board meeting. This debt<br />
issue is included in the Board-approved budget for FY 2014.<br />
