EXECUTIVE STAFF BIOS<br />
Gina Blackfox began her federal career on October 3, 2006 as Supervisory<br />
Management Analyst and Director of the Division of Technical Support with the<br />
<strong>Nashville</strong> <strong>Area</strong> <strong>Indian</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Service</strong>. Her responsibilities for the <strong>Nashville</strong> <strong>Area</strong><br />
<strong>Indian</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Service</strong> include: Ethics, FOIA, HIPAA, Scholarship Coordinator,<br />
HSPD Role Administrator, LMS Coordinator, CFC Coordinator, 2010 Employee<br />
Association President, and HR Lead. Prior to IHS, she served as Legislative Aide<br />
for the Cherokee Nation Legislative Branch for 20 years.<br />
She is full-blood Cherokee and is a Tribal Member of the Cherokee Nation of<br />
Oklahoma. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Northeastern<br />
State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Gina currently resides in Mount Juliet,<br />
Tennessee.<br />

Constance (Conny) York is the Director of the Division of Financial Management<br />
for the <strong>Nashville</strong> <strong>Area</strong> <strong>Indian</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Service</strong>.<br />
Conny is a member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw <strong>Indian</strong>s. She received<br />
a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in<br />
Starkville, Mississippi. Conny has worked for the <strong>Indian</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Service</strong> for<br />
20 years.<br />
