Building Façade. Building façade shall be built to the BTL for at least eighty percent (80%) of the lot
width, except when a smaller building façade width is required to meet driveway standards. Building
façade at BTL may include offsets or jogs of up to twenty-four (24) inches in depth. Buildings should
have a main ground floor entrance facing the primary street. Rear-facing buildings, loading docks,
overhead doors, and other service entries are prohibited on primary street façades.
