Building Façade. Building façade shall be built to <strong>the</strong> BTL for at least eighty percent (80%) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> lot<br />
width, except when a smaller building façade width is required to meet driveway standards. Building<br />
façade at BTL may include <strong>of</strong>fsets or jogs <strong>of</strong> up to twenty-four (24) inches in depth. Buildings should<br />
have a main ground floor entrance facing <strong>the</strong> primary street. Rear-facing buildings, loading docks,<br />
overhead doors, and o<strong>the</strong>r service entries are prohibited on primary street façades.<br />
