3.5.5 Multiple Family<br />
Building Description. A building designed for multiple dwellings consisting <strong>of</strong> at least two (2) units<br />
arrayed ei<strong>the</strong>r side by side along <strong>the</strong> primary frontage or vertically with upper levels along <strong>the</strong> primary<br />
frontage and/or setback from <strong>the</strong> build-to lines. The <strong>Broad</strong> <strong>Street</strong> Village Contemporary style is<br />
appropriate for this building type (See Section 5.3).<br />
