Hilary Knight has run her own consultancy for 20 years providing strategic
Communications and Public Relations support and mentoring, to
organisations across the island of Ireland.
She is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, a senior
level that recognises her professional capability and qualifications. She has
previously worked with Management Consultants and other Public Relations
Consultancies.
The consultancy offers strategic planning, business development,
communications strategy, public relations, market research, marketing
communications, reputation building, innovation, training, lobbying and
issues management. These skills help organisations to meet objectives in
product and service development, increasing sales, entering new markets
and meeting communications challenges and issues.
She has supported clients of all sizes from micro-enterprises to international
companies to help increase cross border sales. Previous clients have
included Corus Ireland, Merck, Sharpe and Dohme pharmaceuticals, public
sector organisations including several local Councils, Dundalk Institute of
Technology, research organisations including the Agri-Food and Biosciences
Institute, Belfast, smaller SMEs and a variety of organisations in the Not-for-
Profit sector.
Hilary is also a listed business mentor with both Invest Northern Ireland and
for the Down District Council ‘Beyond NI’ Programme.
