I focus exclusively on providing consulting and mentoring services to the
ICT and ebusiness sectors. I have 30+ years experience in every facet of
the industry — hardware, software, services, ebusiness, etc. I established

Prior to this I was MD of the Irish National Software Centre, having been
sales and marketing director. I held senior management positions in the
industry in the UK and Europe.
I am recognised as a trusted advisor with a practical pragmatic business
approach and quickly get to the core issues that impact the success of
the client.
From an SME perspective, I frequently work within a framework of limited
resources and budgets. I have a 10+ years relationship with Dublin Business
Innovation Centre (DBIC) providing mentoring services to DBIC and
Guinness Enterprise Centre clients including preparation of pitches to HALO
business angels. I have consulted for the World Bank, EU and the software
industries in Egypt, Latvia, Bangladesh, and Columbia.
I was a business advisor for the inaugural “Leadership for Growth” program
run by Enterprise Ireland and Stanford Graduate Business School; a yearlong
program for 30 Irish software company CEOs.
I hold a First Class Honours Engineering Degree, an MBA and a Masters in
Management Science.
