Francis Verling, lead consultant at VERLING CONSULTING has over eight
years experience as a business advisor (2004 - ‘12), specialising in sales and
marketing. In this time he has worked with more than 200 businesses in the
development of their businesses and the development and implementation
of successful sales & marketing plans. He is also an experienced trainer
in the area of sales & marketing and has delivered training to companies
directly and through enterprise agencies including the County & City
Enterprise Boards, Enterprise Ireland and organisations in Northern Ireland
including, Ormeau Business Park and Craft Northern Ireland.
Francis Verling is a business advisor / mentor on the Tradelinks 2 Cross-
Border Programme, a panel member of the Crafts Council Of Ireland Mentor
Panel, on the mentor panels for Cavan, Louth Meath and Monaghan County
Enterprise Boards and one of only seven consultancy practices to deliver
the Enterprise Ireland / County & City Enterprise Board’s Pilot ‘Accelerate –
Driving your Business Forward’ Programme.
His approach to sales development is both strategic and practical, assisting
with sales plan development from Market Research to Prospecting,
Contacting, Presenting, Quoting and Closing. Assisting companies to build
