The Direction of Travel policy refers to a<br />
range of non-A1 Uses that may be<br />
considered suitable where A1 Change of Use<br />
is accepted in line with criteria set out. The<br />
Submission version allows for an appropriate<br />
mix and balance of uses, where loss of A1 is<br />
accepted in line with criteria set out. This<br />
approach gives some flexibility regarding<br />
