Anorexia and bulimia are more common than many healthcare providers realise. However, part of the<br />
lack of recognition is associated with patient’s attempts at evasion of detection. The purpose of this<br />
presentation is to help providers recognise the symptoms of anorexia and bulimia, understand the<br />
common complications associated with anorexia and bulimia, and develop a plan for management of<br />
anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa.<br />
