was having a conversation with Mark just this morning, sort of<br />
mentioning the fact that, while there's a lot of uncertainty in a lot of<br />

agencies, the <strong>NRC</strong> is still hiring at a pretty rapid rate.<br />

You know, I actually had a question in mind yesterday.<br />
I remembered a Resident Inspector that I thought could help me<br />
answer it. So, I went into my BlackBerry. And I couldn't remember<br />
the name. So, I just put in the word "inspect," thinking I'd get a list of<br />
Inspectors and I'd be able to figure out who it was from there. And it<br />
was just one of those weird things of life that one of the names that<br />
came up, because I never throw anything away -- if you know anything<br />

about me, I'm a pack rat.<br />

Inspection from NRR came up, some guy named Bill Borchardt.<br />

And I don't know where in the world I ran into you when<br />
you were Associate Director for Inspection with NRR, but I'm sure it was<br />
a very valuable conversation, Bill.<br />
