one knows. And I think it certainly would be premature on our part to<br />
take action to restructure the <strong>NRC</strong> in a fashion that anticipates a decline<br />
in the industry as opposed to continued growth. So, I think where I sit<br />
right now, I don't know what the answer is, and I think we have to wait a<br />
few years to see exactly what it is. But I don't necessarily think that it's<br />
