to make sure that all offices and staff needs are heard and understood.<br />
And the TABS effort has been an ongoing effort for a number of years<br />
now. I think it is important that we move to a conclusion on it and<br />
finally put folks where we need to have them be to be the most efficient.<br />
So, in general, I think it is important. If you feel that<br />
your concerns are not being addressed, I encourage you to take<br />
advantage of the open-door policies of your managers and the senior<br />
management at the Agency.<br />
QUESTIONER: The lease for Two White Flint North<br />
is due in mid-December. Will the Agency be able to extend this lease?<br />
If not, what are the contingency plans?<br />
CHAIRMAN MACFARLANE: Yes, we are working to<br />
extend the lease. So, the contingency plan of everybody out on the<br />
15th is not in existence. So, we will be extending the lease.<br />

And I had heard rumblings about it expanding, but I don't know what's<br />
happened. And I don't know if Mark can answer that question. No?<br />
But it depends on the lease. Darren Ash tells me it depends on the<br />
lease and what we get with the lease.
