many people in this room for a very, very long time.<br />
But, Mark, you, of course, will have your own<br />
challenges. I can't tell you what they're going to be, but I suspect that<br />
they'll be significant. And I think you're up to the challenge. I think I<br />
and other Commissioners look forward to working with you through that.<br />
Finally, I appreciate that many of you have given me<br />
condolences for the performance of the Pittsburgh Steelers over the<br />
last month or so.<br />

And many of you probably have noticed that I'm not<br />
particularly upset by it because I'm still on a baseball high from the<br />
Pirates' season where the Pirates made the playoffs for the first time in<br />
20 years. And that will probably carry me through to the next baseball<br />
season. So, no matter what happens to the Steelers, I will continue to<br />
smile and I will continue to be very pleased with that.<br />
So, with that, I look forward to the discussion today.<br />

I think this is the biggest crowd I've seen in this room<br />
since the fall of 2010, when I came to my first one. It's terrific to see so<br />
