The Principal Contractor shall develop, implement and maintain the environmental risk register<br />
throughout the duration of the CSM2 construction phase. A risk assessment procedure is required<br />
to be submitted to <strong>NZ</strong>TA to demonstrate that risks are being identified throughout the construction<br />
phase.<br />
