3. Part C - Implementation and Operation<br />
This section of the <strong>CEMP</strong> addresses the implementation and operation of the <strong>CEMP</strong> and the SEMPs.<br />
3.1 <strong>CEMP</strong> Management Structure and Responsibility<br />
The following areas are covered in this section:<br />
• <strong>CEMP</strong> Management Structure and Responsibility;<br />
• Training;<br />
• Operating Procedures inclusive of mitigation measures;<br />
• Emergency Contacts and Response; and<br />
• Feedback Management.<br />
3.1.1 <strong>CEMP</strong> Roles<br />
Table 3 outlines expected environmental anticipated management roles on site. Each contractor will<br />
likely have its own management structure and will need to provide a description of roles and<br />
responsibilities to <strong>NZ</strong>TA upon contract award.<br />
