RECOMMENDED BALANCING PROCESS 平 衡 執 行 流 程
The following is the recommended balancing process
to correct the position of the C.G. as well as balancing
the weight of the blades.
請 參 考 以 下 流 程 修 正 主 旋 翼 重 心 位 置 , 同 時 針 對 旋 翼 重 量
進 行 平 衡 。
1. Please do the “Static Balance” first and find out
which blade is lighter than the other. The lighter
blade is supposed to be the object to be adjusted.
(Mark A)
請 執 行 靜 平 衡 量 測 , 並 選 取 較 輕 的 旋 翼 作 為 調 整 對 象
( 做 上 記 號 A)。
2. Proceed with the “Dynamic Balance” and check
the C.G. position of both blades. Adjust the C.G.
position of the lighter blade(A) as illustration.
Make sure the C.G. position of the lighter blade is
the same as the heavier one.
針 對 較 輕 的 旋 翼 (A) 進 行 重 心 位 置 調 整 , 目 的 在 使 兩
旋 翼 的 重 心 位 於 相 同 位 置 。
3. After adjusting the C.G., please do the “Static
Balance” again. It is recommended to use the
sticker on the new C.G. position of the lighter blade.
Please note that the C.G. position won’t be
changed after static balance.
再 度 進 行 旋 翼 的 靜 平 衡 重 量 調 整 , 目 的 在 使 兩 旋 翼 的
重 量 相 同 。 請 注 意 配 重 貼 紙 必 須 貼 在 新 的 重 心 位 置 上 ,
避 免 重 心 位 置 再 度 改 變 。
NOTE / 注 意 事 項
Please note how to use the sticker to balance
the blade. It may be easily lifted off if you
don’t tape it correctly as illustrated.
請 注 意 配 重 貼 紙 的 使 用 方 式 , 若 配 重 貼 紙 的 貼 法
錯 誤 , 將 很 容 易 在 飛 行 中 被 撕 離 旋 翼 表 面 。
