13. The radius <strong>of</strong> alley pavement at street intersections shall not be less than fifteen feet (15’). At<br />

the intersection <strong>of</strong> two alleys, the radius <strong>of</strong> the alley ROW is dependent upon the alley ROW<br />

intersection angle as listed in Table 2.8. At the intersection <strong>of</strong> two alleys, the radius <strong>of</strong> the<br />

alley pavement shall be two feet (2’) greater than the radius <strong>of</strong> the alley ROW.<br />

B. Alley ROW Width – Alley ROW shall be eighteen feet (18’) wide except for certain townhome<br />

developments that are required by the Zoning Ordinance to follow the design standards in the<br />

Form-Based Code Manual.<br />

C. Alley Pavement Width – Alley pavement shall be twelve feet (12’) wide except near alley<br />

intersections, as shown in Figure 2.20, and except near street intersections as shown in<br />

Figure 2.21.<br />
