Two New Statutory Forms ER-5 and ER-6 have been provided.
•ER - 5 is an annual return of information relating to Principal Inputs. This return captures
the quantity of principal input used in the manufacturing of Finished Goods
•ER - 6 is a monthly return of information relating to Principal Inputs. This Return contains
the details of Opening balance, Receipts and Consumption of Principal inputs
and quantity of finished goods manufactured.
