Issues Resolved
When Service Tax entry is recorded for Lower Rate of Tax (E.g. 4%) in ST 3 Form, Education
Cess and Secondary Education Cess amount were not being captured under Serial
Number 3 - Computation of Service tax against Education Cess Payable [F(I)(h)] and
Secondary and higher Education Cess payable [F(I)(i)].
This issue has been resolved.

Enhancements
A new flag Refund of Service Tax Input Credit has been provided in Journal Voucher.
This flag can be used to record the refund of service tax paid on the input services which
are used for Manufacturing Goods or providing Services Exported.
Issues Resolved
When the service tax input credit was adjusted towards service tax payable in Journal
Voucher using Input Credit Adjustment flag, in Form ST 3 report under Service Credit
Taken and Utilised page, in For Payment of Service Tax [row no. 5B (I)(C)(i)] row application
was displaying wrong Value as service input credit adjusted amount.
This issue has been resolved.

Enhancements
Malaysian Service Tax Rate has been increased from 5% to 6% on all service categories, with
effect from 1-1-2011. The changed Service Tax Rate has been provided.

Enhancements
When the option Enable Service Tax Round Off is set to Yes in Company Service Tax
Details, Service Tax amount was getting rounded off to nearest rupee in the service transactions
but in Form ST - 3 the Service Tax amount was being displayed with decimals.
This issue has been resolved.

A new Service Category - Foreign Exchange Broker (Other Than SP of BAFS) has been
provided.
