An editable report - Form-26 Declaration is provided to enter the details of declaration<br />
forms received from Commercial Taxes Department. In this report, the forms details like<br />
opening balance, forms received, used, lost / destroyed, surrendered, amount covered and<br />
the closing balance can be specified. The details entered in this report will be captured in page<br />
2 - section 7 of Form XXVI.<br />
