Significant changes in financial position 2007–08<br />
1. An operating surplus of $2,897,419 was recorded in<br />
2007–08. This surplus was primarily a result of the<br />
accounting treatment of net government grant funding<br />
which was recorded as being received in full during<br />
2007–08, but which will in part be expended during<br />
the 2008–09 year.<br />
The operational and budgetary objectives of the entity for<br />
the financial year and performance against those objectives<br />
including significant activities and achievements during the year.<br />
