Chapter 1<br />
Loading the Batteries<br />
A <strong>KODAK</strong> Lithium Battery, KCRV3 or 2, AA lithium batteries are included with<br />
your camera.*<br />
To load the batteries:<br />
1 Turn off the camera.<br />
2 On the bottom of the camera, slide the<br />
battery door in the direction of the arrow,<br />
then lift to open.<br />
3 Insert the batteries as shown below.<br />
4 Close the battery door.<br />

Insert a KCRV3 lithium battery<br />
Insert 2 AA batteries<br />
IMPORTANT BATTERY INFORMATION<br />
See page 79 for the types of batteries you can use in your camera.<br />
For acceptable battery life and to make sure your camera operates<br />
dependably, do not use alkaline batteries.<br />

Dock. In that case, you received the <strong>KODAK</strong> <strong>EASYSHARE</strong> Ni-MH Rechargeable<br />
