10. Standard of Documentation<br />

1. Unless otherwise specifically required, project documentation is to be made in con<strong>for</strong>mity<br />

with <strong>UNDP</strong>.<br />

2. Engineering drawings shall be to a high standard and submitted all in original copies (not<br />

photocopies). The specific items should be as follows:<br />

a) No handwriting is to be used.<br />

b) Scales are to be mentioned in the task lists<br />

c) A frame on the bottom right hand side of the drawing is to include:<br />

(1) The Client name and logo on the top board line.<br />

(2) The Employer name and logo.<br />

(3) The project name and tender number (to be provided by the Employer)<br />

(4) Drawings are also to have a serial out of the total number of sheets.<br />

(5) All other necessary in<strong>for</strong>mation.<br />

d) A legend is to be at the top right of the drawing sheet.<br />

e) Prior approval on the final shape of the drawing is to be obtained be<strong>for</strong>e producing the<br />

final drawings<br />

f) Standard size A2 <strong>for</strong> drawings should be used, unless larger size is mandatory required.<br />

11. Data, Services and Facilities Provided by the Employer:<br />

1. The Employer will make available to the Consultant study reports, including appendices,<br />

typical bidding documents <strong>for</strong> similar works and any other available relevant in<strong>for</strong>mation,<br />

which are necessary <strong>for</strong> the proper and timely execution of the detailed design and will:<br />

a) Assist the Consultant in obtaining <strong>for</strong>mal consent from outside authorities or persons<br />

having rights or power in connection with the works on the site thereof.<br />

b) Assist in obtaining ministerial orders, sanctions and licenses and permits in<br />

connections with the works.<br />

c) Furnish all the data, documentation available and will give all assistance as shall<br />

reasonably be required by the Consultant in discharging his duties<br />

12. Consultant’s Personnel<br />

1. The following categories of personnel are to be assigned to the work by the Consultant as<br />

appropriate. The personnel descriptions given below are <strong>for</strong> reimbursable staff. No other staff<br />

will be reimbursable unless the Consultant wishes to propose other specialists, in which case<br />

they must be listed and included in the proposal. C.Vs must be submitted <strong>for</strong> the staff that the<br />

Consultant might decide to use on the project area as follows:<br />

a) Project Manager: Registered professional engineer civil or architect with at least 12 years<br />

experience.<br />

b) Architect: Registered professional engineer architect with at least 10 years experience in<br />

the same field and preferably has knowledge in town planning.<br />

c) Senior Civil Engineer: Registered professional engineer civil or structure with at least 10<br />

years experience in structural design and roads design.<br />

d) Senior Mechanical Engineer: Registered professional mechanical engineer with at least 8<br />

years experience in design of infrastructure and related utilities.<br />

e) Senior Electrical Engineer: Registered professional electrical engineer with at least 8<br />

years experience in the same field.<br />

f) Procurement Specialist: Registered professional engineer with at least 8 years experience<br />

in preparing tender documents and implementing procurement process.<br />
