p. "<strong>RFP</strong>" means the <strong>Request</strong> For <strong>Proposal</strong> to be prepared by the Employer <strong>for</strong> the selection of<br />

Consultants.<br />

q. "Sub-Consultant" means any person or entity with whom the Consultant subcontracts any part<br />

of the Services.<br />

r. "Terms of <strong>Ref</strong>erence" (TOR) means the document included in the <strong>RFP</strong> as Annex III which<br />

explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be per<strong>for</strong>med, respective<br />

responsibilities of the Employer and the Consultant, and expected results and deliverables of the<br />

assignment.<br />

s. “Contractor” whenever quoted in the text of <strong>RFP</strong> means consultant.<br />
