Another indicator of the immature state of preventive work in this field is<br />
the little collaborative work that is undertaken with other agencies. As<br />
Figure 4.6 shows, as much as a quarter of local authorities never work with<br />
other agencies, with little over 27% of local authorities working regularly with<br />
their neighbouring authorities.<br />
