1. Plot a graph <strong>of</strong> the absorbance values <strong>of</strong> the standard solutions (y-axis) aga<strong>in</strong>st concentration<br />

2. Calculate the concentration <strong>of</strong> soluble iron <strong>in</strong> the sample solution solv<strong>in</strong>g the standard curve<br />
equation <strong>for</strong> x.<br />
3. Calculate the concentration <strong>of</strong> soluble iron <strong>in</strong> the flour sample us<strong>in</strong>g the equation below.<br />
