agreement, draft subscription agreement,
draft articles of memorandum of association,
draft instrument, board resolution of the
operator approving the establishment of the
CIU in Bahrain, certified passport copies and
CVs of directors of the CIU along with CIU
directors application forms, CVs of fund
managers, operator’s annual accounts along
with a copy of its license and Articles and
Memorandum of Association and an
acceptably worded undertaking to CBB (if
operator is outside Bahrain and intends to
offer CIU in Bahrain), a no objection from
the home regulator of the operator for
carrying out mutual fund activities in Bahrain,
and the processing fee.

CIUs, the same documents required above.
