The general meeting shall issue the
resolution to dissolve and liquidate the
fund including appointment of liquidator,
setting its fees and the liquidation process.
The powers of the fund’s management and
service providers shall end immediately on
appointment of the liquidator.
Article (278): The proceeds of the
liquidation shall be used to discharge the
due and payable obligations of the fund,
after payment of dissolution and liquidation
expenses. The balance shall be distributed
to investors on pro rata basis according to
their holdings.
