outside Bahrain are allowed to be marketed<br />

in Bahrain. The bank/financial institution in<br />

Bahrain through which a scheme established<br />

outside Bahrain is marketed in Bahrain must<br />

obtain the authorisation or registration <strong>of</strong> the<br />

CBB prior to the commencement <strong>of</strong><br />

marketing. Marketing <strong>of</strong> the scheme in<br />

Bahrain implies that Bahraini residents can<br />

also subscribe for units in the scheme.<br />
