The invested funds produced total earnings of $75,822.83,
of this $5,298.87 came from stocks and $70,523.96 from mortgages.
The books show:
Mortgages, $1,091,162.03, an increase of $109,602.00
Stocks, $103,350.00, a decrease of 13,300.00
Annuities, $87,204.98, an increase of 26,236.04
Private invested, $13,181.92, an increase of 1,454.17
Bequests in abeyance $37,509.32, an increase of_ 1,880.61
General endowments $1,020,533.79, increase of __ 7,232.07
The regular dividend of five and one half per cent on invested
funds was declared and the balance credited to the contingent
fund. The books and accounts of your treasurer were
audited by H. A. Stout, Public Auditor and found correct.
James S. Tibby, with William J. Ward as alternate, was
appointed to represent the Board on the floor of Synod.
For Synodical Action.
Distribution of Mrs. Mary Adams Buxton bequest of
$2,663.87. The terms of Messrs. T. H. Boyd, Jas. H. McBurney,
James S. Tibby as members of the Board expires June 15, 1928.
Their successors should be elected by ballot.
