We recommend:
1. That the college be earnestly commended to the whole
church for an interest in its prayers.
2. That the college be commended to the generosity of the
Church for gifts and bequests for promotion of its great and
far reaching work.
3. That R. A. M. Steele be chosen his own successor as
Synod's representative on the Board of Corporators of Geneva
College.
4. That D. C. Mathews and W. J. Coleman be heard on

REPORT BOARD OF CORPORATORS

The Board of Corporators of Geneva D. A. BOLE College would report:
We have held the regular meeting for the transaction of
business and one adjourned meeting. The report of the Board
of Trustees was received and is herewith transmitted to Synod.
The following officers were nominated to be chosen at the
annual meeting at the College June 26th, 1928: President, F. M.
Wilson; Vice-President, E. A. Crooks; Secretary, Geo. M. Robb;
Treasurer, James S. Tibby.
The Board of Trustees was reelected; the names of those
from the membership of the Covenanter church are as follows:
T. M. Slater, D. H. Elliott, D. C. Mathews, R. A. Blair, J. G.
Reed, J. M. Blackwood, M. D., H. L. Smith, J. M. Steele, J. H.
McBurney, J. Walker Wilson, R. M. Young, W. J. Sterrett, M.
D., Mrs. Marie Stormont, Mrs. J. S. Tibby, and Miss Mary
McKnight.
The representative of the business men of Beaver Valley,
Charles R. May, attorney, was elected his own successor for
a term of three years. Eugene S. Hoops, and Judge Geo. A.
Baldwin are the other representatives.
From the Alumni Association Chas. Z. Bell, D. D., was
elected his own successor for a term of three years.
The other representatives of the Alumni Association are
S. C. Milligan, M. D., and Ross E. Taggart.
The following were elected their own successors on the
Board of Corporators for three years by the corporators: J. R.
Wylie, J. H. McBurney. In addition to these E. A. Crooks was
chosen to succeed J. S. Martin, and A. A. Wylie to succeed
Robert Park.
T. C. McKnight was elected his own successor by Ohio
Presbytery.
