We offer a four-years secondary vocational education (after form 9) in one of the 12<br />
design specialities: FASHION DESIGN, STYLISTS, LEATHER DESIGN, TEXTILE, INTERIOR<br />
DESIGN, ADVERTISEMENT DESIGN, MULTIMEDIA-AUDIO-VIZUAL DESIGN, METAL<br />
DESIGN, WOOD, CERAMICS, ARCHITECTURA, VIZUAL ART DESIGN.<br />
Liepāja Design and Art school every year realizes different projects as Leonardo da<br />
Vinci, Comenius and others with partners from France, Finland, Portugal, Sweden,<br />
UK-Scotland, Lithuania, Belgium.<br />
Our school is official partner school in the P.L.E.-European Parliament of Jewellery<br />
design schools. Every year participation in Jewellery traveling exhibitions and P.L.E.<br />
Meetings.<br />
Our school always open for new contacts, new ideas, new projects!<br />
We are interested more in Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Nord pluss programms and<br />

Vilijampoles suaugusiu ir vaiku dienos uzimtumo centras<br />
• Vilijampoles adult and children day care centre (VACDCC) is a NGO for art<br />
education. The centre has lessons on drawing, painting, pottery, photography, textile<br />
and other artistic activities. 5-6 teachers are working at the centre. They are<br />
providing courses for adults, children and families in the field of art and handcrafts.<br />
The main target group is working people taking part in the possibility to participate<br />
in artistic activities.<br />
• The organization has existed for 7 years and is constantly increasing its quality and<br />
quantity. The artistic activities are: working with natural materials: wool, jewelry,<br />
decorations, painting on porcelain, glass and decoupage. All of the artistic activities<br />
are based on the traditional national handcrafts and the program is based on<br />
Lithuanian heritage. There is a teacher of photography at the centre who will provide<br />
teaching for the youngsters in the project. He is qualified to teach several themes of<br />
the project’s workshops and is experienced in photography.
