Kupiškis technological and business school was established on the 20th of March
1990. There are 104 employees and 54 of them are teachers. There are over300
students here. The school prepares woodmaker, decorators, shop assistants and
trade specialists, cookers, waiters and barmens, social tenders, computer and
organization technique operators, hotel workers and accountants-cashiers.
Lots of events, circles and respublican meetings are held at the school. We organize
quality and retrain courses for adults. Our graduates successfully find job at
Lithuanian companies, go abroad and enter higher schools.

HERA is a association of excellence for development of human resources in the areas
of health, research, arts development in Macedonia and the region. Implementation
of the HERA's vision in to practice is a main objective of the future activities and
projects that can be implemented in partnership with other organizations using
Lifelong learning programme opportunities. This can include insuring equal access to
knowledge for youth, local administration, entrepreneurs, advisory services in
health, arts, students.
HERA has also a network of arts advisors, as well as database of trainers in the field
of arts. Through strengthening of their capacities, indirectly they can strength arts
capacity to include them in the social and other activities in which youth are not fully
