The financial reports for the month of December 2010 are presented for the information
of Members.
1. Operating Statements
These reports provide actual income and expenditure for the period to date compared to
the Budget for 2010/2011. Reports include:-
Operating Statement for King Island Council
Operating Statements for each Directorate
Operating Statement for Airport
2. Capital Expenditure Analysis
This report gives a comparison of actual expenditure on capital works and plant
replacement compared the 2010/2011 Budget.
3. Cash At Bank & Investments
This report details Council cash and investment holdings as at the 31 December 2010. It
also provides a graphical analysis of holdings from previous years.
4. Rates Analysis
This report contains a summary of rates levied for 2010/2011, the amount collected to
30 September 2010 and the total amount of rates outstanding as at 31 December 2010.
5. Sundry Debtors
The Sundry Debtors report summarises all outstanding debtors as at 31 December 2010.
Debtors are shown in five categories - Sundry Debtors, Airport Debtors, Waste
Management, Staff Debtors, and Water Debtors.
