Overhauling the engine 10<br />
Remove the TDC setting rod<br />
Mot. 861 or Mot. 1054.<br />
Slacken and then re-tighten the<br />
tensioner in order to remove the<br />
timing belt.<br />
Remove:<br />
– the fuel return pipes,<br />
– the high pressure pipes on the<br />
injection pump using Mot. 1383,<br />
– the cold start coolant pipe,<br />
– the injection pump rear<br />
mounting bolt on the cylinder<br />
head,<br />
– the timing cover support,<br />
– the rocker box cover.<br />
