Overhauling the engine 10<br />
When fitting the dipstick guide tube, fit the collar to butt<br />
against the cylinder block.<br />
If necessary, wind a cloth around the external diameter<br />
of the tube to make fitting easier and coat it with<br />
Loctite SCELBLOC.<br />
Replace the piston base cooling jets incorporated in<br />
the cylinder block and tighten to a torque of 1.2 to<br />
1.4 daNm. Check that the O-ring is present.<br />
Fit the various mounting studs. The water pump,<br />
cylinder block and timing belt studs need one or two<br />
drops of Loctite FRENETANCH, as their threads<br />
extend into the cooling system.<br />
