Nicole Bolden is a senior Journalism major with a concentration in public relations
at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The 22-year-old and Indiana native
is currently the Social Chair for PRSSA, the public relations representative for
IUP’s Relay for Life, a staff writer for The Penn, a member of The Entertainment
Network and works at Bath & Body Works. After graduation, Nicole will take
a full-time position at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark, Ohio as a social
media specialist in their PR Department. Her career goal is to obtain a career in
public relations for a major university or sports team.

Kayla Olliver is a communications media major and journalism minor from Indiana,
Pa., who hopes to work in a sports magazine after graduation in December
2012. She enjoys writing, designing and photography in her spare time as well as
writing her own sports newsletter in the summer for motocross. Kayla will be
completing an internship this summer at Diamond Pharmaceutical Services in
their marketing department.

Ticairra Bazemore is originally from Philadelphia, Pa. She is a Journalism, Psychology
double major with dreams of writing for an entertainment magazine.
She has been writing since she was in elementary school, initially focusing on
fiction writing, but branching off into poetry and journalism. She would like to
someday get back to her first love of writing fiction and publish several of her
currently unfinished works. After she graduates in May, Ticairra plans to go to
grad school, setting her sites on the PsyD program at LaSalle University. While
working as a journalism intern for the summer.

Jessica is a journalism major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania expecting
to graduate in May 2013. She is interested in layout and design, online writing,
social media and public relations. Personally, her interests include cooking, baking
and travel and she hopes to combine her professional and personal interests
someday.
Pat Heilman, instructor for JRNL427 Publications, has been learning new
graphic design software since the original PageMaker and web design software
since PageMill.
