high school career as a basketball player … He is
among San Jose State’s most prolific career pass receivers

receptions rank fourth on SJSU’s all-time list, and his 1684
receiving yards rank sixth … One of only two players in
school history to post back-to-back 800-yard receiving
seasons, logging 852 as a junior and 832 as a senior …

were limited by GVSU’s dominance, as he often sat
a senior … Had an early breakout game in his Spartans
career, with 10 catches for 180 yards on 9-22-07 vs. Utah

with 0:53 to play … Took up football in 2005, when he
enrolled at Santa Ana (Calif.) Junior College … Played in

UNIFORM WATCH: 9-1 IN ORANGE
The Bengals won both their 2008 games in which they wore their orange jerseys, running their five-year
record in orange to 9-1.
The orange jerseys have been worn only at home, and can be used just twice a year, as they are
designated by the NFL as a “specialty” jersey. In 2008, the Bengals wore orange in victories of 21-19 over
Jacksonville and 16-6 over Kansas City. The only Bengals loss in orange jerseys was a 38-13 setback in
2006 to New England.
The Bengals had never worn orange jerseys prior to 2004, when a uniform redesign made a number of
