a <strong>Bengals</strong> career that saw him hold team’s No. 1 FB job<br />

from his rookie season of 2003 through ’07 … Opened<br />

’08 on Reserve/Injured list, due to preseason knee injury,<br />

and was waived in November after completion of rehab<br />

… Re-signed with <strong>Bengals</strong> as a free agent on 4-24-09 …<br />

Scored 11 rushing TDs and two receiving TDs at Indiana<br />

while playing 33 games with 16 starts … Left Indiana to play<br />

his 2002 senior season at Division I-AA Western Kentucky,<br />

following Hoosiers WRs coach T.J. Weist, who was leaving<br />

to join WKU as running backs coach … Johnson was a key<br />

blocker and yardage-producer for WKU’s 2002 national<br />

championship team, gaining 947 scrimmage yards and<br />

helping HB Jon Frazier rush for 1606 yards.
