Bengals in special teams tackles (23) … Saw his first
NFL action at age 27, after playing four years (2004-07) in
Canadian Football League … Played in all 16 Cincinnati
games, with two starts … Led or tied for special teams
tackles lead in seven games, and led for season by eight
tackles over the second-place player (Rashad Jeanty, 15)
… Had 19 tackles on defense, plus a fumble recovery.

Games 13-14, as he subbed due to injuries … Had

31 as free agent with Tampa Bay … Waived by Bucs on
March 2.
CFL EXPERIENCE: 2004—Played in all 18
games for Ottawa, recording 56 tackles on defense and
27 on special teams. 2005—Led Ottawa with 66 tackles
on defense and shared the league lead in special teams
stops (29) … Also had three INTs, three forced fumbles,
two fumble recoveries and one sack. 2006—Acquired
by Winnipeg on waivers on April 19 … Did not join the
team until season’s fifth game, but started 12 of the final
14 contests … Logged 34 tackles with two sacks, plus 23
special teams tackles. 2007—Was the top interceptor and
third-ranked tackler on Winnipeg club that advanced to
Grey Cup championship game (losing to Saskatchewan)
… Had 52 tackles and three INTs … Also had five sacks
for defense that ranked No. 2 in league … Led team with
22 special teams tackles.
COLLEGE: Led Louisiana-Lafayette in tackles for
each of his three seasons (1999-2001), posting totals

PERSONAL: Hometown is Lafayette, La. … Attended
Eunice High School, where he competed in football,
