VERY IMPORTANT: Pre-Bid Conference (PBC) The objective of PBC is to provide a platform for clarifying issues and clearing doubts, if any, about the specification and other allied technical /commercial details of the bid document. Bids should be submitted only after the PBC so as to take care of the changes made in the bidding document. Participation in PBC is purely voluntary and OPTIONAL on the part of interested bidders. However we encourage the interested bidders to participate in their own interest and clarify issues, if any. In any case, changes to the bidding document (terms & conditions, item specifications etc.) if any, subsequent to the PBC shall be hosted on the official website of CCMB and shall have to be complied with by all bidders irrespective of their participation in the PBC. The changes made to the bidding document subsequent to the PBC shall be hosted on CCMB website and shall be treated as amendment to this bidding document. The prospective PBC participants should inform their intention to participate and send written queries at the email maq@ccmb.res.in positively up to Jan 08, 2013 (1200 HRS) to enable us to keep the response ready. Those not expressing interest to participate through email may be denied entry at the time of PBC.
